Ritual Flow: Lunar New Year Edition

Please join Rebecca and Elle for their signature Ritual Flow in preparation for the Lunar New Year. The Chinese Zodiac is a 12-year cycle that's been part of Chinese culture for over 2,000 years. The Year of the Snake will begin on January 29th, 2025, and we'll be welcoming it in with a 75-minute open-level Vinyasa class, complete with music and intention setting for the year ahead.

We'll move and breathe together through a blend of postural flow, music, alignment, and storytelling.
